- Refund policy: All Sweet Candy Boards are final sale and non-returnable. Due to the nature of our business, our items are not eligible for a refund. If you need further assistance, please contact customer support at sweetcandyboards@gmail.com
- Shipping: We ship anywhere in the United States, U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands) We typically need 48 business hours to pack and ship your order. While we strive to ship quickly, we are currently experiencing a higher than expected volume of orders. Immediately after your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information, so you can see exactly where your sweets are until they arrive to you! If you have a deadline, please enter it into the comment section upon checkout. We will do our very best to get you your candy before your event. - Candy Trays: Our Trays are a high quality acrylic and are meant to be used as a keepsake tray.
- Allergy or Dietary Restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions due to food allergies, medical conditions, or religious reasons, that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy delicious candy and chocolate. We do not use any nuts on our candy boards. However, they are made in a facility where there are nuts, so we cannot safeguard against cross-contamination.
